Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and all company procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment appropriately
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
