Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional service to our customers. You'll work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
