Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and clean while providing excellent customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
