Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This is a Full-Time position, with an Average of 32-40 hours per week and a Starting Wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Performing cashier duties, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Operating cash registers and store equipment efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and work well in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
