Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its appearance, operates efficiently, and provides exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
