Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our retail team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products
• Operate cash register and maintain cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience beneficial
