Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers with a smile.
• Collaborate with team members and provide valuable feedback to management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and ensure document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Adhere to state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
