Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate cash registers and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties following company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
