Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
