Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
