Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, interacting with customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
