Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of working with equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
