Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our store's standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses and support store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
