Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain neat displays.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and inventory management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in retail preferred.
