Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus
