Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
