Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service, contributing to the overall success of our store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and maintain cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
