Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-focused store environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store performance.
• Support inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and uphold confidentiality and security standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
