Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately while following company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product quality and availability.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
