Store Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for operational efficiency
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• Follow company policies and state regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
