Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key team player, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store, assisting customers, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Complete customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work effectively in a team or independently.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
