Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Handle customer purchases and adhere to cash policies.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
