Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe equipment operation
• General cleaning duties adherence
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and within a team
