Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product merchandising and stocking. Working collaboratively with the team, you will uphold ALDI's high standards and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in the role.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience operating equipment such as a hand jack and floor scrubber is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
