Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Competence in operating store equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
