Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will engage in various in-store activities, from merchandising and stocking products to offering exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Implement ALDI's Mindsets and competencies
- Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist customers and collaborate with team members
- Provide feedback to management and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred
