Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team, you will contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow safety and security protocols
• Complete general cleaning duties to maintain store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and retail equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
