Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize shelves, and stock products efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate cash register accurately and handle customer transactions.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
