Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. From stocking shelves and processing customer purchases to providing exceptional service, your contributions will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products accurately and neatly
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
