Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain store security.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
