Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and working collaboratively with our team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures with a focus on security and data integrity

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Education and Benefits
