Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep merchandise displays neat
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist with inventory counts and monitoring
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
