Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. From stocking products to providing exceptional customer service, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
