Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
