Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member to be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance the shopping experience by collaborating with the team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. principles
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Give feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Operate equipment efficiently
• Follow company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience desired

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
