Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products effectively.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
