Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks including cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
