Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Take inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Physical Demands:

Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform general cleaning tasks

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior retail work experience is a plus
