Store Team Member

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to deliver exceptional customer service and shopping experiences. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Follow company policies with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience or equivalent knowledge.
