Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From stocking shelves to providing top-notch customer service, you will contribute to maintaining our store's high standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor product displays
• Operate cash registers following cash-handling policies
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document and data security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow cleaning standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
