Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, ensuring the store is well-organized, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and adhere to standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
