Job Description

We are hiring Store Team Members to join our ALDI store. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with your team members to enhance the shopping experience and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
