Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the team and provide top-notch customer service while upholding ALDI's values and standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
