Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and starts at $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
