Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, a company committed to providing exceptional customer service and a dynamic work environment. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
