Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with our team, you will contribute to creating a positive environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively within the team and with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and cashier duties
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register, store equipment, and following cleaning standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
