Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any store-related issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
