Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Job Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
