Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere and delivers exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position offering an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks while upholding ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers, handle purchases, and maintain clean and organized store displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer-focused with efficient cash register skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
