Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational processes.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security measures, and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold store standards.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and related equipment.
• Skills in general cleaning and adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Compliance with state regulations for alcohol sales if applicable.
